The bucket-type belt conveyors mod. BANDEBOARD are used for the vertical transportation of bulk materials both in powder and granule forms.
These machines are composed of a horizontal part where the material is loaded, an inclined section and one more horizontal part for material unloading. The vertical conveyance is obtained through a special rubber or PVC ring containing the material.
In specific production environments the BANDEBOARD belt conveyors can be advantageous – if compared with a “belt-elevator-belt” solution – in terms both of overall dimensions and output. Moreover, the use of “Bandeboard” conveyors is eliminating intermediate transfer points of the material.
