DOSAMIX is the best system for adding all the liquids within the formula. By creating a homogeneous premix of the various liquid components, to then be incorporated into the flours, a process that can take place in the batch mixer, or directly in the extruder conditioner.
The premixing of the liquids takes place through the EML homogenizer which allows to obtain a single solution, perfectly homogeneous and stable over time even when combining liquids with a watery, oily and/or fat base and with different viscosities.
The homogenized liquid is sprayed using our SMOG sprayer, which guarantees micro drops and perfect distribution of the liquid inside the flours.
Indicated for the addition of molasses, mixed with water and other oils it reduces their viscosity and improves absorption in flours.
