The patented MASS SPIN COATER treatment and coating system is the new and revolutionary system for coating and adding additives on
solid products. Via an integrated torque transducer
and a data processor based on Coriolis forces, the MSC is able to detect the instantaneous mass flow rate of the solid product (pellets, flours, kibbles…) This makes it possible to adjust the addition of additives to be dosed proportionally for the treatment.
The MSC guarantees the homogeneity of the finished product and thanks to its small size and weight, it facilitates its installation at any point of the plant.
