ESPC – High-speed bucket elevator with single central chain. Bucket elevator with a single chain driven by a toothed wheel. The main features of the bucket elevator include the following:
– standard dimensions in conformity to DIN specifications starting from 200 mm, with increased width for larger elevators
– buckets od suitable capacity and shape, with four holes on rear end for connection to the chain
– toohed return wheel
– link chain with side plates, pins and fixed bushings. Certain plates fature drilled angular attachments for connection to the buckets
– tangential feed inlet on idle station
– tangential discharge outlet on drive station
– standard tensioning system with contrast springs, pair of threaded bars and adjustement nuts. Alternatively, a hidraulic tensioning system can be used
