EVR – High speed Bucket Elevator with round link chains.
Elevator with two continuous drive chains and toothed wheels, with body similar to standard DIN 15251. The main features of the bucket elevator include the following:
– standard dimensions (i.e. bucket width) complying with DIN specifications, or increased width for larger elevators
– buckets with either standard capacityh according to DIN 15234 specifications or increased capacity, equipped with suitable attachments (A and B) for connection to the chains
– drive wheels with replaceable teeth for driving the chains
– return wheels with hub and smooth rings
– high-grade alloy steel continuous chains with long strands
– flat and round driving pins for connecting the buckets to the chains
– tangential feed inlet on idle station
– tangential discharge outlet on drive station
– standard tensioning system with contrast springs, pair of threaded bars and adjustement nuts
