To satisfy the glass industries’ needs to color the production of special glass for bottles, containers, cosmetic packaging, etc. with high and reliable accuracy, Red-Berg srl has developed continuous Loss-In-Weight feeders with flow rates that can be set between 0.5Kg/h and 30Kg /h, where the coloring material is sent continuously, via pneumatic transport in fluid phase and at a controlled flow rate, directly into the transport channels of the molten glass.
The system developed and operating in dozens of applications around the world allows both batch and continuous dosing, allowing the addition of minimal and controlled quantities of dye and satisfying the customer’s production needs.
The system can be easily integrated by all those companies that produce machinery for glass factories, but is easily adapted to satisfy any need for continuous precision dosing in the world of additives with powders, granules and colored frits, both on existing lines and allowing designers to new systems a notable flexibility of use.
