A TP booster is a system for detecting overcapacity that temporarily increases speed and capacity to avoid overflow. The system automatically reduces the speed as soon as overcapacity is no longer required
It is made of:
– load cells under the inlet
– frequency inverter at drive + dedicated control card
– control board
– sized electric motor

Functionning:
the load cells under the inlet chute detect the incoming high amount of matertial. The output from the load cells, conveniently controlled from the control board, take to an increase of the speed at the frequency inverter
The frequency inverter is controlled by a special function which increases the speed based on the actual measured torque necessary for conveying the higher amount of material. As soon as the incoming material capacity goes back to normal, the frequency inverter automatically decreases the speed
