The Roller Screen Crusher has been developed to crush and screen matariel. It also removes foreign materials, such as stone, wood or plastic, that have passed through the crushing stage without being crushed.
Oversized material is conveyed by the rollers to the crusher where the crushable material is reduced to the size required and after that it passes onto a second roller screen.
Object harder than the normal feed make the crusher setting increase, and the materials pass through the crusher onto the second roller screen, where the oversized material is rejected as waste.
